one on one sessions

Private sessions are all about your personal well-being. Our sessions will include an initial evaluation and that will take into account everything from time of day, to your emotional and physical condition so I understand how yoga can best serve you.


Private sessions book fast, so please allow time to schedule in advance.


  • Just off a plane? We will work on grounding and digestion. 

  • Trying to get pregnant? We will work on fluidity, softness and hips. 

  • Needing to boost self confidence? We will work on strengthening core, inversions and arm balances! 

  • New to yoga? You will get the basics and a whole lot of alignment so you can step safely into a class.
