Private sessions are all about your personal well-being. Our sessions will include an initial evaluation and that will take into account everything from time of day, to your emotional and physical condition so I understand how yoga can best serve you.
Private sessions book fast, so please allow time to schedule in advance.
Just off a plane? We will work on grounding and digestion.
Trying to get pregnant? We will work on fluidity, softness and hips.
Needing to boost self confidence? We will work on strengthening core, inversions and arm balances!
New to yoga? You will get the basics and a whole lot of alignment so you can step safely into a class.
